These terms cover your use of LaunchPup, a step-by-step course and drafting tool for taking a product idea to launch. By using LaunchPup you agree to them.
What LaunchPup is
LaunchPup gives you a checklist, guidance, links to outside services, and AI-generated drafts. Drafts are starting points. They can be wrong or incomplete, and you are responsible for checking them before you rely on them.
Not professional advice
Nothing in LaunchPup is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Steps about business structure, trademarks, patents, contracts, and compliance are general information. Talk to a qualified lawyer or accountant before you make those decisions.
Membership and billing
- The first steps of the course are free. Membership costs $5 per month, billed through Stripe, and unlocks every step.
- Your membership renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the "Manage or cancel" link in your account, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- We don't give refunds for partial months. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll make it right.
- Members get a monthly number of drafts, shown in the app if you reach it. We may change prices or limits with at least 30 days' notice.
Your access link
Your membership is tied to a private access link. Anyone with the link can use your membership, so keep it to yourself. If you think someone else has it, email us and we'll issue a new one.
Your ideas and content
You own your ideas, notes, and the drafts LaunchPup makes for you. We don't claim any rights to them.
Fair use
Don't use LaunchPup to break the law, to get around the free-step limits, or to use the drafting tool for things unrelated to your product. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes and liability
We may update LaunchPup and these terms. LaunchPup is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
